What is your standard turnaround for paper printing, marketing materials and signs/banners/etc?

Standard turnaround varies on these items but most products can be shipped in 3-5 business days if not sooner. Rush turnaround available on most items. Please contact us if you need something in a hurry and we will do our best to meet your in-hands date.

Do you offer rush production and delivery?

Yes. Let us know what you need and when you need it by and we will do everything we can to make it happen. Many items can be made in 1-3 business days + Shipping. This rush process may include various rush charges based on the manufacturer and our current production schedule.

Can I see a sample of my custom printed or embroidered order?

2K will provide you with a free hi-resolution digital mockup of your item. Sampling is available for an additional fee.

Can I print the same design on different garments?

Yes.

Different garment styles can be combined in a single order to receive quantity discounts, but it’s important to note that only certain garment styles work well together. For example, t-shirts and hoodies are similar garments and would work well for this process, but t-shirts and pants would not.

Can I print and/or embroider the same design in different colors?

Yes.

We do allow color changes to be made during the decoration process. For screen printing we have a 12 piece minimum per ink color change. There is a 12.50 fee per color/location.

For embroidery the first 2 thread color changes are free, each additional is 5.00 per color.

What is the minimum screen printing order amount?

We offer a low 24 piece minimum on all printed apparel. Garments, Colors, and Sizes can be mixed and matched to reach minimums.

Please Note: There is a 36 piece minimum on screen prints of 4 colors or more.

What is the minimum embroidery order amount?

We offer a low 12 piece minimum on all embroidered apparel. Garments, Colors, and Sizes can be mixed and matched to reach minimums. Hats are considered a separate order from all other apparel and cannot be mixed into any order to reach minimums or otherwise.

All marketing materials vary in minimums based on the item starting at just 1 for items such as banners or signs.

How many colors can be in my screen printed design?

We can print in up to 8 spot colors and also offer full color process screen printing.

Can I have my order Pantone color matched?

The 2K Printing Company print specialists can match any Pantone color exactly. Standards inks are free, but we can match the unique PMS colors in your artwork for only 15.00/per color.

Do you offer variable names and number imprinting?

Have a sports team or need custom names and numbers printed on your apparel? 2K can handle that! We can embroider names on left chests, print names and numbers on the fronts and backs of apparel, and even sew on twill numbers and names on to sports jerseys for that professional look. What if some of my items aren't printed correctly?

Very rarely items will get damaged and/or misprinted during production. We humbly request a non refundable 1-2% damage rate on all apparel and promo item orders. If you need an exact amount, please order a few extra just in case!

Can I print my logo on something other than apparel?

Yes!

I don't have a logo or design. Can 2K help?

2K Printing offers you access to our industry leading graphic design team. Basic changes, text modifications, and other modest design work is always free with any order!

Any artwork exceeding 10-15 minutes of designer time will be billed at 25.00 per 30 minutes of designer time.

What apparel brands do you offer?

We have wholesale accounts with all of the most popular brands and apparel providers.

With major brands including: American Apparel, Next Level, Gildan, Hanes, Port & Co, District, Alstyle, Anvil, Delta, Canvas, Bella, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Alternative Apparel, Nike, Carhartt, IZOD, Adidas and everything in between. Not to mention, all garments are sold to our customers at preferred wholesale pricing. Can I bring my own goods for to 2K to print or embroidery on?

No.

Unfortunately we will not take customer provided goods of any kind. We do carry over 250 different apparel brands at wholesale pricing. We cannot make any exception to this rule.

Will I be able to approve my order before production is started?

Yes.

With your order you will receive a FREE high resolution digital mock up. This mock will have your item color, print size, print color, print location, and sizing all clearly written on it. Please review this mock thoroughly before writing back the word “APPROVED” in reply to your email.
Failure to approve a mock in a timely fashion will result in increased production time. Turnaround times do not begin until your order and art are APPROVED. 

How will my order be shipped?

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground, and take 1-6 business days (depending on location) to reach their destination.

Shipping charges and transit time are determined by FedEx / UPS based on weight and distance, and you can estimate both before placing your order at FedEx.com or UPS.com.

2K is not responsible for items lost in transit, and package insurance is available upon request.

If you are located nearby or will be in the area, pick-up is available daily for most items.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We offer a convenient location where customers can pickup their orders. We are located right off of Garden State Parkway exit 137, at:

NOTE: Not all items are made in our warehouse, in these cases shipping charges are unavoidable whether they are shipped to our warehouse our directly to the customer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

2K accepts Business Check, Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. 

Do you handle international orders?

No.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Can I get a Refund?

Sorry but we do not offer refunds. An error in an order or late delivery will result in an issuance of the full amount of your order in store credit. Defects, misprints, and late or incorrect rush orders are not guaranteed.  All orders of apparel or promo items fall under these guidelines.  By ordering goods from 2K the client agrees and accepts that all orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Thank you!

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy – Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our business we do not offer returns for refunds on decorated items. That being said we will replace or reprint any item that is defective or misprinted at no cost to you. If we did something wrong we fix it. Period. Customers have 14 days from placing their order to report any damages or defects and 30 days to return the damaged goods for a replacement. Any items outside of this time frame will not be credited or replaced for any reason. Thank you.
